Kathmandu - Kuzu Nepal Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Yadea—the world’s leading electric two-wheeler brand—has officially launched the Yadea Velax Series in Nepal during the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025.

This new series of electric scooters is designed to revolutionize urban commuting by offering a perfect blend of performance, innovation, and futuristic design. Starting at NPR 2,85,000, the Velax Series caters to a wide range of riders with three distinct models: Velax U, Velax Fast Charging, and Velax H.

The Velax U, the flagship model, features a 4.9 kW motor with a dual 74V 20Ah lithium-ion battery, offering up to 140 km range and a top speed of 80 km/h. The Velax Fast Charging variant, ideal for riders with busy schedules, charges up to 80% in just 20 minutes and delivers 110 km range with its 3.2 kW motor and 76V 30Ah battery.

The Velax H, focused on comfort and everyday use, comes with a 3.2 kW motor and a 72V 30Ah battery, covering up to 100 km on a full charge. All three models come equipped with advanced features including cruise control, reverse mode, keyless start, smart unlock, mobile app integration for anti-theft alerts and ride tracking, regenerative braking, USB charging ports, and fully digital dashboards with LED lighting.

Backed by a 3-year or 30,000 km warranty, the Velax Series is supported by Kuzu Nepal’s growing network of more than 12 authorized showrooms across Nepal. Speaking on the occasion, the Kuzu Nepal team emphasized that the launch is not just about adding scooters to the road, but about setting new standards in Nepal’s electric mobility landscape.
