Kathmandu / Sanima Bank Limited and Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) have signed an agreement for principal membership of the NPS–National Card Switch and Domestic Card Scheme, known as the NEPALPAY Card Network.

Under the agreement, the NPS–National Card Switch is being developed as a central national payment infrastructure to ensure interoperability in routing and settlement of domestic card transactions among banks and financial institutions across Nepal.
