Kathmandu – Sanima Bank Limited has announced a proposal to distribute a 7.3685 percent cash dividend (including tax) from its retained earnings for the fiscal year 2081/82.

This proposal was approved during the meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors (BODs) held on Friday, Ashwin 3, 2082. The total proposed dividend amounts to approximately NPR 1,000,754,700.15, based on the bank’s paid-up capital of NPR 13,581,525,414.33.

According to the bank, the proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Upon approval, it will be presented for final endorsement at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank.
